Come join Daisy the Clown of Ringling Bros. Circus at the Discovery Gateway on August 20 for CircusFit and August 28 for a fun Juggle-a-thon!
CircusFit is a great way for children to learn the FUNdamentals of fitness by learning great circus techniques. Kids will see how juggling and balancing can keep them healthy and what foods are important to eat when your a performer with the Greatest Show on Earth.
Then it's a crazy Juggle-a-thon where Daisy will teach the kids how to make juggling balls out of organic materials. Then they'll learn how to juggle and see how long the group can keep their juggling scarves and balls in the air. It's going to be mayhem!!!
